Vous aimez planifier, coordonner et excellez dans la gestion de plusieurs demandes simultanées ?

Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle central dans l’organisation et la coordination de formation techniques offertes à nos clients et collègues ? Notre équipe d'expertise technique est à la recherche d’un coordonnateur aux assignations, structuré et proactif, pour soutenir la planification des formations et assurer une exécution efficace et harmonieuse des activités. 

Responsabilités

  • Ouvrir et mettre à jour les calendriers de formation pour les semaines à venir
  • Communiquer avec les clients afin de clarifier leurs besoins de formation et obtenir les informations nécessaires pour les guider dans leur processus de réservation
  • Répondre à toute demande liée à la formation
  • Assigner les spécialistes d’application aux différentes activités en tenant compte de leur horaire rotatif, de leur localisation, de leurs compétences et des exceptions à gérer
  • Maintenir à jour le calendrier global des activités et des disponibilités de l’équipe technique
  • Effectuer des tâches cycliques essentielles, notamment l’envoi des certificats de formation, la vérification des documents de voyage des spécialistes et la coordination de l’expédition du matériel requis
  • Participer aux rencontres hebdomadaires avec les membres de l’équipe pour discuter des priorités, des assignations et des besoins opérationnels
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes et outils utilisés

Compétences

  • Maîtriser l’anglais écrit et parlé (niveau avancé) *essentiel*
  • Communiquer de façon claire, professionnelle et structurée
  • Faire preuve de proactivité en priorisant les tâches et en maintenant les opérations en mouvement
  • Analyser diverses données avec rigueur et porter attention aux détails
  • Être un bon joueur d’équipe
  • Exercer son jugement et prendre des décisions éclairées lorsque des imprévus surviennent
  • Maîtriser les outils de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Détenir de l’expérience dans l’utilisation d’une plateforme CRM, un atout
  • Détenir de l’expérience en coordination d’activités, de calendriers ou de ressources, un atout
